Through various sales and corporate training positions, she observed that the training of company employees and physician customers was severely lacking at several companies. She started Medevixx as a boutique firm that initially focused on addressing these needs. Today, the firm has evolved into a comprehensive provider of solutions for the biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries.

Ms. Hobbs has held positions in start-up, private, and public companies in numerous therapeutic areas, including cancer immunotherapy, interventional radiology, interventional oncology, vascular surgery, and surgical oncology.
